Marco Siciliano, Associate and Project Director at Park Associati, presents the Torre Parko project at an event organized by Sigma Costruzioni in the Milan Design District. In the residential sector, new technologies, along with new housing typologies, have transformed the conception of interior spaces and their boundary with the exterior, which has become increasingly significant both as an active component of human comfort and in terms of environmental benefits.

The exhibition dedicated to the design products selected for 2024 by the ADI's Permanent Observatory has been inaugurated at the ADI Design Museum in Milan. Among the 219 products selected this year is the Nebbia collection, the result of the collaboration between Park Associati and Delta Light, which combined design expertise and technological innovation in the lighting field. The exhibition is the first step towards the 2026 Compasso d'Oro.

Michele Rossi, partner and co-founder of Park Associati, participates in the Costruire per il futuro. Esperienze di Architettura per un mondo più sostenibile e innovativo organised by Saint-Gobain in collaboration with Studio Marco Piva. The conference aims to explore the challenges and opportunities facing contemporary architecture in the context of a global economy increasingly oriented towards sustainability and innovation. The event includes an exhibition of artworks on the theme created by the architects participating in the conference, Michele presents City as mine, an invitation to reflect on the concept of the city as mine and Urban Mining.

Park Associati is proud to announce that, on the occasion of the 12th edition of the Festa dell'Architetto, it received the prestigious Premio Architetto italiano 2024, established by the Consiglio Nazionale degli Architetti, Pianificatori, Paesaggisti e Conservatori (CNAPPC) in Rome. The project that led to this recognition is Luxottica Digital Factory, an industrial architectural recovery project that has distinguished itself for its transformative capacity and its beneficial effects on the urban regeneration of the area in which it is located.

Park Associati invites Francesco Faccin to present the talk "Design is a pretext".

‘Is design a medium or a purpose?’ Ranging from industrial design to craftsmanship, from self-production to social design, Faccin will demonstrate how design can be a powerful tool to understand and transform reality.

Francesco Faccin is a designer who explores industrial design, craftsmanship, self-production, social design, and limited editions for galleries. He views design as a powerful tool for understanding and shaping reality, connecting diverse disciplines, and addressing contemporary issues. After working with Enzo Mari and gaining expertise in fine woodworking with Francesco Rivolta, he opened his Milan studio in 2007. Alongside collaborations with companies and artisans, Faccin teaches at universities, including the Free University of Bolzano, and has received numerous awards for his innovative work.

Park Associati is proud to win the 2024 Architecture MasterPrize, a prestigious award celebrating the world’s best architectural designs, with two projects: Luxottica Headquarters, a building rising in the heart of Milan as a transparent crystal, and Open 336, an architecture integrated into its context while giving its character a contemporary twist. These awards underline our commitment to innovative architecture of international significance. The award ceremony will be held at the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao on November 18th.

Park Associati participates as curator in the second edition of SHIFT - International Seminar on Architecture and Sustainability - to be held on 22 and 23 November in Porto. Organized by Casa da Arquitectura and supported by the Portuguese Ministry of the Environment and Climate Action, the seminar will revolve around the theme of Adaptive Reuse investigating Urban Metabolism, Material Intelligence and Architectural Activism. Park Associati was given the task of bringing together a group of experts from various fields - professional practice, industry and academia - to engage in a constructive discussion on the topics that form part of Park Plus' research.
