Filippo Pagliani is a partner and co-founder of Park Associati studio. Graduated in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano, Filippo constantly deals with the process and quality of projects in close contact with work teams. Besides his professional activity, Filippo is involved since 1996 as a teacher at Politecnico Milano, School of Construction Engineering/Architecture and from 2013 as visiting professor of the Architectural Design international course. Filippo is engaged on a regular basis as a lecturer on issues related to arch itecture, urban design environment.

Michele is a partner and co-founder of Park Associati. An architecture graduate from Politecnico di Milano, alongside his designing activity he also teached for many years, holding lectures at London’s St. Martin School of Art and Politecnico di Milano. He regularly follows the progress of all projects working closely with each team, applying a method that combines listening, intuition and experimentation, aimed at seeking innovative solutions focused on quality and attention to people. Michele is regularly engaged as speaker on topics related to architecture and specifically urban regeneration.

Noora completed a BA in Architecture from the University of Liverpool before graduating with a Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from the Politecnico di Milano in 2023. Interested in communal and public spaces, she previously trained with firms in her home country Bahrain, and in Italy at AOUMM and Arup. She also published a short story through the “Mudun” competition on Arabic cities and provide on-site assistance for Bahrain’s National Pavilion at La Biennale di Venezia in 2023. Noora joined Park in 2024 where she works on modular social housing. She is also currently a teaching assistant at the Politecnico.

After graduating in Architectural Design at Politecnico di Milano in 2023 and participating in an Erasmus program at Copenhagen School of Design and Technology – KEA, Arianna joined Park as an intern in 2024. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Building Architecture at Politecnico di Milano, continuing to develop her interest in sustainable and innovative design.

After graduating in Architecture-Built Environment-Interiors at the Politecnico di Milano in 2022, Lorenzo gained work experience in Amsterdam. In the meantime, he worked as teaching assistant at the Politecnico di Milano for the course ‘Theory in contemporary architectural design’. Lorenzo joined Park in 2023, becoming part of the team that worked on a competition for a retail project in France and he collaborated on the office building project in via Gonzaga in Milano.

Gianluca graduated in Architecture – Built Environment – Interiors from the Politecnico di Milano in 2022. While at university, he did a period of studies at the UMPRUM University – Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague and worked as an intern in a major Milanese practice. In 2023 he joined Park Associati through the Park Graduate Programme and since 2024 he has been part of the design team of the Coop Lombardia brand architecture project and the Piazza Luigi di Savoia redevelopment project.

After completing his studies in Architecture at the Politecnico di Torino in 2019, Umberto chose to devote himself exclusively to visualization and project communication. He specialized in Digital Architecture by attending the second level master's degree MADI at the Università IUAV di Venezia, after which he began working with the architectural visualization studio Onirism, dealing with the representation of projects of different types and scales, from landscape to interior. In 2024, he joined the team of Park Associati's 3D visualization department, bringing with him the specialist know-how in the field gained over the years.ow-how in the field.

Caterina graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano, then spent periods of study in France and Portugal, her main interests being the communication and visual narration of projects, as well as graphics, branding and illustration. After a six-year experience as a Graphic Designer in several London architecture practices, in 2022 she joined Park Associati. Caterina deals with the graphic rendering of projects and competitions, both in digital and print format, as well as taking care of the templates and the keeping of a coherent and effective graphic line in support of all teams.

After graduating from the Civil Faculty of Architecture of the Politecnico di Milano, Federica collaborated with architectural practices, artisan workshops and art galleries as a designer and model maker. With forays into the fashion, advertising and contemporary art sectors, Federica tackled a wide range of projects with a multidisciplinary approach and an experimental creative method. Thanks to her expertise in digital model making, she has been collaborating with Park Associati since 2022, contributing to the Park Plus' research on architectural representation through models and prototypes in the design process.

Matteo leads Park Associati's R&D endeavors as the Head of Research of the firm. His activity revolves around the complex landscape of architectural innovation, identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and opportunities for pioneering projects. His extensive work has enriched the firm’s portfolio with expertise in topics that stand at the forefront of architectural innovation, such as urban mining, dry-gardens landscaping, biophilic design, adaptive reuse, and the implementation of unconventional materials. Matteo also champions the integration of computational design, design technology, and Artificial Intelligence into practice, enhancing both creativity and efficiency. Beyond research, he is deeply involved in knowledge dissemination, education, and inspiration through international lectures and workshops.

Graduated in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 2015, Alessandro joined Park Associati in 2017 after some university and professional experiencies that brought him to collaborate in the executive design team of important infrastructures in the United Arab Emirates. His arrival in Park Associati’s staff coincided with the beginning of some important projects, including the enlargement of Luxottica Headquarters in Milan and, always for Luxottica, the realization of the showroom and Tecno Lab, projects for which Alessandro followed the design and the aspects of Building Information Modeling (BIM). He has been coordinator of the Design Technology department since 2022 and is currently working on the Palazzo Sistema project -the new headquarters of Regione Lombardia-, and the Parco Adriano and Torre Parko residential complexes in Milan.

Graduated in 2016 at the School of Architecture and Society of the Politecnico di Milano, International area, Elisa joined the staff of Park Associati in 2018. after some collaborations in architectural practices in Italy and abroad. Since the beginning, Elisa has been an important collaborator in the groups of some national and international competitions. She has been using and increasing her experience, working for the realization of a student housing in via Ripamonti 35 in Milan, and in the design team of MoLeCoLa, the project first classified in the international competition Reinventing Cities for the requalification of Nodo Bovisa. Elisa is also following the design of a big residential complex in Milan.

After graduating in Interior Design from the European Institute of Design in Milan in 2013, Federico worked for nine years in the Contract Division of an Italian company operating in the retail, hospitality, office and luxury housing sectors. In 2023 he joined Park as head of Park Materials. Federico deals with the selection of suppliers and researching and updating materials; he also manages the materials library, providing wide-ranging support to all project teams.

From 2017 Simone is the BIM Manager of Park Associati. After graduating in architecture at the Politecnico di Milano, Simone went throught various experiences, collaborating with several architecture practices, acquiring a baggage of skills  from concept design to the executive project, always united by the use of parametric software. Simone deepened the themes linked to the BIM, in particular in the field of residential, schools and office buildings. In Park Associati Simone guides the process of BIM implementation in Revit environment projects, he also defines the standards of  the studio and the organization of the project’s files.

After graduating in Technological and Environmental Design at the School of Architecture and Society of Politecnico di Milano, Gloria collaborated with international architectural practices, eventually joining Park Associati in 2018, where she focuses her work on the design of various student residences. Her professional growth path also involved designing office buildings and masterplans. Gloria applied her great experience in BIM design to develop the student residences in via Ripamonti in Milan − currently under construction − and those included in the new urban development Unione Zero in Sesto San Giovanni.

After graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2018, Gaia collaborated with architectural firms both in Italy and abroad, including Renzo Piano Building Workshop and OBR. She joined the Park Associati team in 2021, where she had the opportunity to work on projects of different scales and types, specifically the BIM design of a residential tower in the province of Varese, a competition and an urban regeneration project in the Bovisa district.

Ciro graduated from the Department of Architecture of the University of Naples Federico II in 2017. In 2018 he joined Park Associati, where he worked on the development of the Brisa 5 restyling project and collaborated with the teams involved in several competitions, including the redevelopment of the Catania waterfront. Ciro was one of the members of the team working on the hard retrofitting project of an office building in Via Valtorta, Milan, and is currently involved in the design and Artistic Supervision of the Pharo project, including the redevelopment of the adjacent urban areas of Via Gattamelata and Piazzale Türr.

Francesco was selected for the Park Graduate Programme, a professional training course for new graduates in Architecture or Construction Engineering launched by Park Associati in 2022. After studying for three years at the IUAV in Venice and two Erasmus experiences in Portugal – at the Universidade LusÍada in Lisbon and at the FAUP in Porto – in 2021 Francesco graduated in Architecture and Urban Design at the Politecnico di Milano. While at university he collaborated with both Italian and international practices, including Tezuka Architects, taking part with this practica in the XVI Venice Architecture Biennale.

While studying Product Design at N.A.B.A., Nuova Accademia di belle Arti Milano, Francesco had the opportunity to do an internship at Michele De Lucchi's AMDL Circle studio. Antonio deals with 3D representation, visualization and communication of the project. He joined Park Associati in 2019. Graduated at the University La Sapienza of Rome in 2009, Antonio collaborated for some years with Lazzarini PIckering Architects in Rome, moving then to London to work at Initiative studio until his return to Italy. During these years Antonio followed the design and visualization of diverse architecture typologies: schools, offices, shops, hotel and restaurants, Bringing to Park Associati a solid background of skills and experience.

Davide is part of the staff at Park Associati from 2017, after graduating in architecture at the Politecnico Milano, and the collaboration with Andrea Maffei’s studio and Mario Cucinella Architects. Thanks to his eclectic preparation, he deals with projects of different nature and scale, among them the restyling of the building of Luigi Moretti, in Milan, the new office building U1 in Assago, a residential tower in the Varese area. Davide collaborated and followed as project leader some international competitions in which the studio has recently been involved. He is one of the studio responsibles for the selection of suppliers and materials.

After the Master's Degree in Architecture at Politecnico Milano and a collaboration with with the Prada Foundation in Milan, Antonio joins Park Associati in 2015. Since the beginning, Antonio deals with projects of different scales: from the residential complex of Pichi Park to projects of hard-retrofitting of Engie Headquarters and The Pecchi. Antonio strengthens his expertise working in teams of urban design in some strategic areas of Milan and developing due diligence for some key projects. Currently, Antonio leads a project of requalification of a tower in Milan and takes part in the design teams of national and international competitions.

Nicola studied at the Politecnico di Milano, graduating in Construction Architecture in 2018. He undertook internships in some Milan practices where, as well as focusing on design, he worked as architecture and landscape photographer. Since joining Park Associati in 2020, Nicola worked on the project for the office building in via Sarca 336 in Milan and collaborated on some of the most recent competitions the practice took part in, both in Italy and abroad. Nicola is in charge of the photographic and video documentation of Park Associati's projects.

Corrado starts his collaboration with Park Associati in 2016, coming from a series of international experiences that led him to collaborate with several architectural practices in Europe, China and the United States, after graduating in architecture at the University of Palermo. Corrado has been one of the first collaborators of Park Associati to have acquired experience in BIM designing, fact that allowed him to enter immediately into the design teams and in competitions in which the use of this software is required. In addition to the the new business center Pharo and U1 office building in Milanofiori, Corrado collaborates to the restyling of the Hotel Nhow Vertigo terrace and a new office building as well in Milan. Moreover, he collaborated in the team of the project Scintilla, the masterplan partecipating to the international competition Reinventing Cities for the regeneration of the Lambrate district.

Constanza graduated from the Academy of Architecture of Mendrisio, in Switzerland, in 2022; while studying she was involved in various work experiences abroad. She joined Park in 2023 and started working on some major competitions straight away. Costanza collaborates on various types of projects - offices, residences, multifunctional spaces and schools.

Alice has been one of Park Associati's mainstays since 2006, when she joined the practice after graduating in Interior Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. She worked on the two itinerant restaurants The Cube and Priceless Milano and was responsible for the interior design of the Brioni flagship store. Alice led the design of private apartments in Via Piave and Arco della Pace, both in Milan, and worked on the design of Tenoha Milan and the expansion of Park Associati’s space. Thanks to her expertise and extensive knowledge in the field of interior design and materials, Alice is now in charge of the practice's Furniture, Fixture & Equipment department.

After graduating in Architecture at Venice's IUAV in 2019 and a period of study in Lima, Peru, Giorgia collaborated with architectural firms both in Italy and abroad. During those years, her work experiences also included a collaboration with the Venice Biennale in the sector of exhibition staging. She joined Park Associati in 2022 and started working straight away with several design teams on some major national competitions in the management field.

A graduate from the National University of Córdoba, Sofia joined Park Associati in 2017 after working a few years for major Argentine practices. Thanks to her collaboration with teams involved in urban retrofitting, large residential buildings and the design of private homes, she has built a solid experience on different types of projects. Sofia is often involved in projects for national and international tenders. She is currently working on the redevelopment of a building located in the heart of Milan’s historic centre, giving a crucial contribution thanks to her talent, versatility and professional passion.

After graduating in architecture at the University of Palermo in 2017, Giorgio worked for architecture practices, first in Rome then in Milan, dealing with projects of different types. Having joined Park Associati in 2022, Giorgio enriched the practice's team with his experience in the use of BIM and visualization, collaborating on projects for a residential tower in France, the MI.C. tower in Milan and a retail store concept.

Andrea’s collaboration with Park Associati began in 2021. After graduating in Architecture-Built Environment-Interiors at the Politecnico di Milano in 2020, Andrea had the opportunity to further his knowledge in the refurbishment of historic buildings abroad and, back in Italy, in interior design and museum installations. His first professional experience was in the field of luxury interior design for an Italian company operating in Switzerland. At Park Associati, Andrea collaborated initially with the design team of the student residence of MilanoSesto and subsequently worked on the interiors for a large residential project abroad.

After having attained a Masters degree in Architecture and Building Production from the Politecnico di Milano, as well as having specialised in Interior Design at NABA, Carla pursued her great passion for design communication. She started her career at Gruppo Archipassport, where she worked as design illustrator and social media specialist. This experience opened the door to several collaborations with renowned brands and specialised magazines, allowing her to work as freelance illustrator and Social Media Manager for a prestigious architectural practice in Milan. In 2024 Carla joined Park, where she contributes to the practice’s digital communication strategy.

After graduating in Architecture at the Scuola Politecnica in Genova in 2013, Giulio moved to London, where he collaborated with international practices and taught the application of parametric strategies for architecture and urban planning projects at the School of Architecture of University College London. He joined Park Associati in 2022, where he contributed to the implementation of BIM methodology and computational design tools and joined the project team of a residential tower abroad.

After graduating in Architecture Engineering from the University of Cairo and obtaining a master degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2018, Amr collaborated with various practices on projects in Italy and abroad, gaining experience in computational design and Building Information Modelling (BIM). In 2022 he joined Park, his skills giving a valuable contribution to the MI.C project team, tackling in particular the development and modelling of façade systems.

Daniele graduated in Architecture Construction and City from the Politecnico di Torino in 2020 and started to work for Park Associati in 2021, at the same time completing a II level Master degree in Circular Architecture at the University of Camerino. His keen interest in the research work carried out by Park Plus resulted in his collaboration in the development of new residential models, the evolution of innovative façades and design solutions that take into account climate change. Daniele is also actively involved in the design teams, specifically those working on several recent competitions entered by the practice.

Alberto joined Park Associati at the beginning of 2019, after living in Paris for four years working for Nicolas Laisné Architects. Following his graduation from the Polytechnic of Bari and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture of Versailles, he furthered his knowledge in French design culture, which he then brought to Park Associati. Alberto is involved in several areas of design. He supervised the realisation of the Pichi 12 residential building, is working on the construction phase of Torre Permanente and a new mixed-use tower in France, as well as following the redevelopment of outdoor spaces in historical contexts.

Filippo graduated in Spatial Design from the Willem de Kooning Academie in Rotterdam in 2023. In Holland, he actively participates in the contemporary scene with a curatorship for Rotterdam Architecture Month and the creation of a series of editorials, collaborating with leading emerging designers. His entry into the Milanese panorama took place with a curricular internship, during which he followed a major urban redevelopment project. In 2024 he joined Park, where he researched new project opportunities and supported the strategic process, communicating the firm's philosophy.

After studying visual and graphic design at the European Institute of Design in Milan, Letizia worked for very different realities: design studios, publishing houses, performance art production centres and media companies, dealing with art direction, editorial design, brand identity, web design and digital illustration, with a predilection for collage. She designs communication for festivals, brands, associations and cultural events, transforming stories into visual narratives. In 2024 Letizia joined Park's communication team, dealing with graphic design.

After taking his master's degree in Architecture at the Politecnico di Torino in 2017, Diego collaborated for some years with the Milanese practice LGB Architetti, where he mainly dealt with the design of residential interiors. The opportunity to work on conceptually eclectic and diverse projects enabled him to acquire transversal skills ranging from architecture to design, and from art to research on materials. In 2022 Diego joined Park Associati, where he mainly focused on retail design. Diego is now part of the practice's Furniture, Fixture & Equipment team, which deals specifically with researching and selecting materials for the interior design department.

Leonardo graduated in Architecture – Built Environment − Interiors from the Politecnico di Milano in 2023. During his studies he had the opportunity to take part in interesting training initiatives, such as the exchange period at the MSA − Manchester School of Architecture and a work experience in Denmark. In 2024 he joined Park Associati through the Park Graduate Programme, an internship designed for new graduates who have completed their master's degree in Architecture or Building Engineering.

After graduating in International Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano in 2013 and studying for the Erasmus programme in Portugal at the Universitade do Porto, Anna collaborated with the David Chipperfield Architects and One Works practices in Milan, focusing on all design phases, from concept to construction. In 2022 Anna joined Park, and, making the most of the experience gained in different areas, including urban regeneration, retrofitting of office buildings, residential and retail, she was involved in some important national competitions straight away.

Graduated in architecture at the Politecnico di Bari, Francesco has been collaborating for five years with Michele De Lucchi in Milan before joining Park Associati in 2018. His experience has been fundamental in the competition teams of the studio in which he collaborates with passion, as Dynafit in Kiefersfelden, Germany, Nice in Oderzo and and the Concert Hall in Vilnius. Francesco has an eclectic professional personality that allows him to lead projects in the residential, directional and urbanistic field. Currently he is also following the requalification of the S.Maria Assunta and S.Giacomo church in Romano di Lombardia.

After graduating with a degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano, Giacomo began his collaboration with Park Associati in 2012. Initially focusing on luxury retail and interiors with the design of the international boutiques of Gucci and Brioni, he went on to tackle various international architecture competitions, followed by the redevelopment of the Brisa 5 complex and the new Pirelli 35 office building in Milan. Giacomo is currently also leading the restoration of an office tower in the centre of Milan.

Gjergji graduated in Product Design from N.A.B.A., the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, gaining his first professional experiences during his academic years. He collaborated with DesignWanted, one of the leading publications in the design field, and in 2023 joined the team of Design in Town as a tutor, supporting designers in the creation of installations and workshop activities. In 2024, Gjergji joined Park Associati, taking on a support role bridging product design and publishing.

Elena began her collaboration with Park Associati in 2016, after graduating in International Architecture at the Milano Politecnico. Her first assignments were the new Engie HQ in Milan, followed by some residential projects and the restoration and requalification Cordusio 2.0. She has extended her design knowledge to the field of interior design and retail, collaborating in the competition for Red Valentino, the pop-up store of Hermès in Rome and the interiors of Prima Café in Milan. Currently Elena leads the project for a new office building in Milan and follows the team of a international competition.

Yasmin graduated in 2024 in Architectural Design from Politecnico di Milano and completed an internship at an architectural studio in Milan following her graduation. At the start of her Master's studies, she joined Park as an intern in 2024, bringing with her experience in design, marketing, and organizational roles gained both before and during her undergraduate studies. She is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Architecture and Urban Design at Politecnico di Milano.

Beatrice got a Master Degree in History of Art from the University of Urbino "Carlo Bo" in 2012. She then collaborated as a consultant for the Salimbeni Prize for History and Art Criticism, promoted by the Salimbeni Foundation for the Visual Arts in San Severino Marche until 2015, when she moved to Milan. She then matured various work experiences in the administrative, accounting and human resources fields. She joined the Park Associati staff in June 2017. She is in charge of the administrative, accounting and financial management of the firm. She also collaborates in the organization of human resources.

After graduating in Architecture and Urban Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in 2018, Mariana collaborated with an interior design studio and worked as a teaching assistant at the university. She later moved to Italy, where she took a Master degree in Building Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and collaborated with various practices – including Stefano Boeri Interiors –, thus expanding her practical experience in different fields such as research, models and architecture. In 2022 she joined Park, where she started working as part of its interior design team for a major project in France.

A graduate of Politecnico di Milano, in 2016 Andrea joined Park Associati, where he followed the entire design process for the redevelopment of the Brisa 5 office complex in Milan. Andrea often collaborates with the teams that participate in Italian and international competitions, such as the one for the redevelopment of the Catania Waterfront and for the extension and new construction of the Nice headquarters. After graduating in Architecture from La Sapienza University in Rome in 2014, Lidia furthered her training specialising in Interior Design at IED and in Luxury Brand Management at the 24ORE Business School. Over the years she has worked for various practices, specifically dealing with projects in the residential, retail and hospitality sectors. At the same time, she collaborated with organisations associated with the promotion of architecture and design and worked as a tutor at Rome's IED. She joined Park in 2023, bringing her experience in interior design to the project team of a major project in France.

Marianna graduated in Architecture at Politecnico di Milano with a dissertation on uncultivated urban areas. After collaborations with Studio Antonio Perazzi, Cascina Bollate and the garden nursery in the Bollate prison, she joined Park Associati. Her approach to green design entails a holistic vision of the project, as is the case with green areas, public spaces, the hanging gardens of the Pharo office building and some residential developments in Milan. Marianna complements her designing process with narration, thorough scientific study and botanical illustrations. She has published the book ‘VAGABONDE. Una guida pratica per piccoli esploratori botanici’ (WANDERERS. A practical guide for little botanical explorers) published by TopiPittori.

After graduating with a degree in architectural engineering/architecture from the University of Pavia and following his experiences with Arch. Enrico Valeriani and the practices Quattro Associati and Peia, Lorenzo joined Park Associati in 2008. He collaborated in the design of the Salewa Headquarters and led the projects of The Cube and Priceless Milano travelling restaurants. Passionate about technological innovation and skilled in façade design, he is in charge of the project teams dedicated to the new Luxottica Headquarters in Milan and to the Luxottica Digital Factory, a complete reconversion of a vast former industrial area in Milan.

Suna graduated in Architecture – Built Environment – Interiors from the Politecnico di Milano in December 2022. While completing her master's degree, she took part in a workshop organised by the Japanese architect Kazuyo Sejima and collaborated with some Milanese architectural practices. Suna joined Park Associati in 2023 through the Park Graduate Programme, and since 2024 she has been part of the team of architects of the project for the recovery and conversion of the former arsenal of Pavia into the Nuovo Polo Archivistico Lombardo.

Graduated from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan, where she studies Economics and Management for Art, Media, Culture and Entertainment, Francesca joins RCS Media Group right after the graduation and experiences 5 years at Corriere della Sera as head of strategic marketing for digital and paper publications. In 2016 she moves to Chile where she starts a collaboration with ELEMENTAL architecture studio, curating the communication management of the XX International Architecture Biennial of Venice. Back to Italy, she joins Park Associati’s team in 2017 where she is in charge of the economic and financial management of the studio business development, commercial and communication strategy.

After graduating in Construction Architecture in 2017 at the Politecnico di Milano and following some collaborations, in 2019 Simone joined Park Associati's Park Plus team, becoming one of the researchers and collaborators involved in the drafting of the book INLEGNO. He subsequently joined the practice's design groups working on some residential complexes in Milan, thus gaining experience in this architectural style. In parallel with his collaboration with Park Associati, Simone works as teaching assistant for the Master's Degree in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano.

Graduating in Art History from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and subsequently gaining a Master in Art Business from the Sotheby's Institute of Art in London, Costanza is an art historian and project manager. Her various experiences in the art sector include a recent role as Head of Special Projects at Palazzo Monti in Brescia, where she was dealing with the creation, management and coordination of events and collaborations with external bodies such as galleries, companies and institutions. Since 2022, Costanza has been collaborating with Park Associati by curating the programming of cultural events at Park Hub, with the aim of opening up new perspectives on the world of architecture through the insights of creative talents.

Marco joined Park in 2007, after graduating in architecture from Politecnico di Milano. He worked on the Salewa Headquarters project and in numerous competitions, before becoming head of the redevelopment of the La Serenissima building. A retrofitting expert, he led the restoration teams for Hotel The Square and for the former Palazzo Sorgente in Piazza Cordusio. Marco is in charge of the design of the urban regeneration masterplan for the Bovisa area and of the development of various residential and student housing projects, including the international student residence resulting from the conversion and expansion of the former Agricultural Consortium.

After graduating in International Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Giulia began her career in a strategic consulting firm, focusing on marketing and events. She then moved into the HR field, contributing to the launch of an EnerTech startup, an experience that ignited her passion for this sector, leading her to continue in HR roles at other startups (Glovo, Will Media). She joined Park in 2024, where she is responsible for comprehensive people management and development.

Luna joined Park Associati in 2018, after graduating in Construction Engineering – Architecture at the University of Padua. Study residencies in China and then in Norway enabled Luna to get acquainted with and work on different types of projects. At Park Associati Luna has been involved in redevelopment projects such as the Luigi Moretti building and the office building in via Valtorta in Milan, the master plan of Cava Ronchi, the competition for the redevelopment of the seafront in Catania and the projects for Luxottica. Luna then joined the design team for a new residential complex in Milan, now in its final phase, working in a BIM environment.

After graduating in Architecture at La Sapienza University in Rome in 2018 and completing the Erasmus programme at the École Nationale Supérieure d 'Architecture de Montpellier, Michela continued her studies with a master's degree in Architecture for Exhibition in Bologna. She later moved to Paris, where she worked for three years as an interior architect, dealing with projects for different sectors, including retail, offices and hotels. She joined Park in 2022, bringing the wealth of knowledge she acquired both in Italy and abroad to the design team of an important residential project in France. In addition, Michela follows the interior design of the special spaces of the MI.C. tower.

After graduating in Architecture from Venice’s IUAV in 2016, Francesca moved to the Netherlands, where she specialised as Landscape Architect working in several internationally renowned practices, focusing on the design of public spaces and the drawing of master plans on a territorial scale. She joined Park in 2023, where she works on exterior design for public space redevelopment projects, particularly within the Milanese context. Francesca's work is currently focused on the MI.C project, for the redesign of Piazza Luigi di Savoia, and on the Palazzo Sistema project.

After graduating in Civil Engineering – Architecture from the University of Padua in 2015, Silvia pursued academic activities at Padua's ICEA department, specifically an in-depth research on urban regeneration topics. In 2019 she started collaborating with Senator Renzo Piano's 'G124' project, supporting the activities’ coordination and communication. From 2020 she held the position of Business Developer. In 2022 Silvia joined Park, where she deals with the economic management of projects and tenders.

After studying Architecture at the University of Belgrade, Mina completed her education with a Master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design at the Politecnico di Milano, obtained in 2022. The same year she joined Park Associati, initially as an intern assisting the project teams of some competitions and, later, as an architect joining the Interior Design Team, where she is working on the design of a mixed-use tower in France.

Davide is one of the practice's reference persons for interior design. His expertise ranges from residences, to offices, to retail. After studying and graduating in Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano, Davide collaborated with some international architecture firms, eventually joining Park Associati in 2020. He worked on the interior design of private residences in Milan and abroad, as well as on store design projects, including the new Hermés store in Seoul and the complete restyling of the ground floor of the La Serenissima building in Milan.

Margherita graduated in Building Engineering-Architecture from Politecnico di Milano in 2020, after training and working experiences in Stockholm and Paris. In 2021, she joined Park Associati. With the Park Plus research team, Margherita explored the use of wood in architecture and took part in the drafting of the book INLEGNO. She then started her collaboration with the design teams following the competition for the refurbishment and floor addition of a historic building in the centre of Milan. Margherita is now taking care of MI.C for the re-design of Piazza Luigi di Savoia and the building of a new tower to replace the former Hotel Michelangelo.

The backbone of Park Associati, Davide was involved in the creation of the practice in 2000, after studying architecture at Politecicno di Milano and embarking on a collaboration with the architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni. As project leader, he supervised several redevelopment projects, including the retrofitting of Brisa5 in Milan and various office complexes. Davide was involved in the design of many of the most important projects of the practice, including the headquarters of Salewa and Engie, La Serenissima and the pop-up restaurant Priceless. Davide is also the IT manager of Park Associati.

Giuliana graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2015 and, after some work collaborations, she completed her studies by attending a Master degree on Interior Design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design (Polytechnic School of Design) of Milan. Following a collaboration with Studio Marco Piva, in 2021 she joined the Park Associati team where, thanks to the experience previously gained in building and residential tower design, she joined the project team of a new residential district in Milan straight away.

After graduating in Building Engineering/Architecture from the University of Trento, from 2019 Andrea collaborated with MoDus Architects in South Tyrol. Dealing with various types of projects, particularly in the sector of public buildings, gave him the opportunity to follow the different phases of design, from the competition to the executive project and the realisation of construction details. He began his collaboration with Park Associati in 2023, working in a BIM environment as part of the Palazzo Sistema design team.

After graduating from the School of Architecture and Society of the Politecnico di Milano in 2019 and following a previous professional experience, Irene joined Park Associati in 2020 to work on the production of models and prototyping. Having recently expanded her field of activity to include the design process, Irene started to collaborate with several teams, including those working on the MoLeCoLa and Scintilla urban redevelopment competitions in Milan. Irene was also recently involved in the competitions and projects of some residential buildings, gaining experience in this type of construction, which is becoming increasingly important for the practice.

Andrea joined Park Associati’s team in 2018. After his graduation in Architecture at the Politecnico Milano, Andrea . collaborated with architecture practices in Italy and abroad, among them Design Direct and Carlo Ratti Associati. Andrea collaborated in the project team of a campus for more than 700 students in Milan and led the projects for the Reinventing Cities competitions in Milan and Rome. Andrea is one of the founders and coordinators of Park Plus, the team of research and innovation of Park Associati.

Alessandro joined Park Associati in 2008, after graduating in architecture from Politecnico di Milano. He was involved in important headquarters projects such as those of Salewa and Nestlé, as well as the travelling restaurant The Cube. In 2013, he directly managed the team for the redevelopment of Gioiaotto, an office building and hotel. He is a point of reference for retrofitting projects, including the headquarters of Engie and Sole 24 Ore in Milan. Since 2020, he has been involved in various new construction projects, such as the residential intervention in Via Pichi 12, new directional developments and the redevelopment of the Vertigo terrace of the NHow Hotel in Milan. Alessandro also leads the teams for some of the practice's most important national and international competitions.

After graduating in Architecture at the Politecnico di Bari in 2012, Vincenzo moved to Berlin, where he lived for five years collaborating with some practices, including Francis Kéré's. Back in Italy, he worked for a few years with Cino Zucchi Architetti and joined Park Associati in 2022. His many experiences have been invaluable for the competitions the studio has been involved in relating to urban regeneration, restyling of office buildings and residential. Vincenzo is now part of the Research and Development team, and in particular is devoting himself to research on sustainable materials such as hemp bricks and mycelium, which resulted in the Tatu project in Porto and Hemp_scape project at the MDW 2024, as well as the Myco-fabrication summer workshop in Boisbuchet. He is also working on the firm's pro-bono projects, such as the Creative Hub in Ethiopia and the Coffee Center in Mozambique, and on the project to transform the former Arsenal area in Pavia into the new Polo Archivistico Lombardo.

After graduating in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano in 2017, Luigi Filippo worked with prestigious Milanese interior design firms. During his work experience he helped realise numerous interior projects, ranging from residential to retail, specialising in the design of custom-made furniture and objects intended for industrial production. In 2023 he joined Park Associati's interior design team.

Marco has been the head of Park Associati’s Product and Furniture Design department since 2021. His cross-discipline learning path includes a degree in Interriors architecture and Design from the Università di Napoli, after which he worked as university tutor for the courses of Interior and Brand Design, which he is still currently teaching at N.A.B.A. Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. Marco collaborated with international design studios, notably the Matteo Ragni Design Studio, where he specialised in Art and Creative Direction, as well as various companies of the furniture sector. At Park Associati Marco is in charge of Product Design development, in particular for the lighting and custom furnishing sector.

Graduating from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and the Politecnico di Milano, Daniella demonstrated a strong interest in the application of BIM for architectural design and management from the very start of her academic journey. During her studies, she focused on retrofitting Milanese Rationalist buildings while simultaneously developing BIM-based projects. Over the years, she has worked on the design of public and office buildings, frequently participating in national and international competitions. Additionally, she has contributed to cultural projects, including the design and setup of thirty pavilions for Expo 2020 Dubai. Daniella has collaborated with Progetto CMR and other prominent studios in Milan, joining Park Associati in 2024 as a BIM Coordinator.

Following his studies in architectural engineering and architecture at the University of Pavia, Marco joined Park Associati in 2007. Initially involved in numerous Italian and international competitions, in 2012 Marco tackled his first design leading the team for the construction of the new Nestlé Headquarters in Assago (MI). He subsequently led the redevelopment of Luigi Moretti's iconic building in Corso Italia in Milan and the construction of important new office buildings, including the Pharo business centre in Milan and the headquarters of an international consulting firm in Assago. Marco also coordinates design groups for various topics, including tower buildings, and leads the teams of important international competitions.

Caterina joined the Park Associati team in 2021. After graduating in architecture from the University of Florence in 2012, she acquired experience mostly in Switzerland, working on projects of different scales and sizes and specialising in high quality interior design projects. At the same time, Caterina taught as an assistant professor and guest lecturer, first in Italy then abroad. Fluent in Italian, German and English, Caterina is bringing her expertise to the team working on a major residential project abroad.

Enrico graduated in Building Engineering/Architecture from Politecnico di Milano after a period of study and work in Tokyo and Beijing. In 2017 he began his collaboration with Park Associati and was involved in various competitions, including those for the Human Technopole headquarters in Milan and the new Pila cable car station. Having acquired a solid experience on residential projects. Over the years, Enrico has been consolidating his experience in designing very diverse buildings, specifically working on the Open 336 office complex, the new headquarters of Sole 24Ore, a residential tower in Saronno, the student residences in via Ripamonti and Sesto San Giovanni and the new MI.C. tower. Since 2022 he has been working as Façade Specialist, and has been following and coordinating the design of the casing of all the practice’s major projects, from the tender stage through to their realisation.

After graduating with a degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano, followed by work experience with the Andreoli practice and Mecanoo Delft, Elisa joined Park Associati in 2007. Since then, she has managed important interventions, such as the Salewa Headquarters in Bolzano, the Brioni flagship store in Milan and the redevelopment of The Pecchi business centre in Cassina de Pecchi. Thanks to her solid experience in urban planning projects, Elisa has led the urban development of the new Waterfront of Catania and of the areas of the former Cava Ronchi and Via Natta in Milan, in Rozzano and Cabinda, in Angola. Elisa is in charge of the team that, in cooperation with Snohetta, is planning the redevelopment of the Pirelli 35 office building. She is also leading the project for Palazzo Sistema, the new headquarters of the Regione Lombardia in Milan, and is working on the design of a student residence in Sesto San Giovanni (MI). Since 2010, she has been a lecturer in Interior Design at NABA, the New Academy of Fine Arts of Milan.

Giulia was selected for the Park Graduate Programme, a professional training course for new graduates in Architecture or Construction Engineering launched by Park Associati in 2022. She graduated in Architecture – Built Environment – Interiors at the Politecnico di Milano in 2021 with a thesis on new student housing models. While at university she collaborated with some Milanese practices, focusing on residential and interior design.

After a period of studies in Belgium at the Université Catholique de Louvain and a degree in Architecture Construction City at the Politecnico di Torino in 2020, Simone acquired work experiences in several architecture practices in the Turin area. He began his collaboration with Park Associati in 2022 by joining the design teams of national competitions and residential buildings, which offered him the opportunity to follow the different design phases. Simone is currently working on two important urban regeneration projects: he is part of the design team of Palazzo Sistema, the new headquarters of the Regione Lombardia, dealing in particular with the envelope and facades, and he is following the project to transform the area of the former Arsenal of Pavia into the new Polo Archivistico Lombardo.

Graduated from Politecnico di Milano in 2020 at the international course of Building Architecture, Beatrice joined Park Associati as an intern in 2021. In parallel with Master Course, she also attended the Alta Scuola Politecnica path, which stimulated her interdisciplinary professional growth, achieving double degree from Politecnico di Torino. Since her arrival, Beatrice had the opportunity to follow different phases of the architectural design process, particularly contributing to the BIM design of a new residential tower close to Varese.

Stefano has been in charge of the Park Associati’s 3D visualisation department since 2018, when he joined the practice following his studies in Product and Industrial Design at the European Institute of Design and the State of Art Academy in Turin. Stefano’s wealth of theoretical and practical experience allowed him to develop an innovative vision in 3D visualisation and communication of the project, which he manages to relate with the utmost precision through images that are never conventional. Thanks to Stefano’s contribution, Park Associati’s project visualisation style results in the creation of innovative and original solutions.

Michele began his collaboration with Park Associati in 2017. He arrives in the studio with an already considerable wealth of experience. Its formation is eclectic, after graduating from the University of Catania in 2011, Michele worked for some years with architectural practices of international fame, both in Italy and abroad, in particular at Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos of Madrid and Carlo Ratti Associated in Turin. His collaboration with Park Associati ranges from hard retrofitting projects for Luxottica to urban masterplan, among them the requalification of the waterfront in Catania. From 2019 Michele coordinates Park Plus, the team of research and innovation which he has helped to conceive and that constitutes an increasingly important resource for the project development in studio.

After graduating with a degree in architecture from Politecnico di Milano, Davide joined Park Associati in 2011 to follow the interior design of luxury retail projects, including the Gucci stores and the store concept of the Brioni international boutiques. After a two-year working break in China, he returned to Park Associati to lead the practice's interior design projects. These include the new Paris and New York headquarters of the EssilorLuxottica company, the interiors of important student residences in Milan, the Hermès temporary store in Seoul and Canali boutiques in NewYork, Beijing, Milan and, currently under construction, Los Angeles. Davide is also working on residential and hospitality projects, including two projects in Andermatt and the first Aparto student residence in France, in Charenton.

Following a diploma in Accountant and Administrative Business Expert from the ITIS F. Besta in 2004, Maria Grazia worked as a consultant for an industrial design firm until 2013. Through subsequent work experiences she consolidated her skills in the administrative field, and in 2022 she joined Park Associati, where she deals with the practice's administrative, accounting and financial management, as well as helping organise human resources.

Barbara graduated in Architecture in 2023 from the IUAV University of Venice. While at university, she also studied for a period at the ENSA University in Paris and Marseille. She worked as an intern at Verona's The Empire architecture firm and, in 2024, she joined Park Associati's Park Plus division, where she carries out research on sustainability and architecture-related interdisciplinary issues.
