  • Milano Arch Week 2024 - Anatomy of Public Space. Do you know your urban body?

    For this Milano Arch Week 2024, we’ll present an exclusive opportunity for professionals and enthusiasts in urban planning, architecture, and social infrastructure to converge at the workshop "Anatomy of Public Space – Do you know urban body?" Hosted by Park Plus, LAND Research LAB and Fondazione Transform Transport ETS at Park Hub, the event begins with an introduction to the themes explored in the publication "Anatomy of Public Space," followed by an interactive workshop where attendees will work in groups to creatively address the challenges of contemporary public spaces.

  • Milano Arch Week 2024 - I grattacieli milanesi tra storia e progetto

    On the occasion of Milano Arch Week, Filippo Pagliani, partner and co-founder of Park Associati, was invited by Damiano Iacobone and Alessandra Coppa, to participate in the international study day "(A new) Torre Velasca? I grattacieli milanesi tra storia e progetto", a reflection on the methodological approach to the intervention on Milan's skyscrapers. Filippo's speech focused on the redevelopment of the Torre della Permanente, a 1950s building by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni and Luigi Fratino, which Park Associati tackled starting from an accurate historical and philological analysis of the original project.

    Park Associati invites Georges Armaos, art historian and consultant for contemporary art, to present key findings on the intricate relationship between architecture and the visual arts, exploring its profound implications for our built environments.

    Georges Armaos’ career spans journalism, academia, and key roles in the global contemporary art market. Currently serving as managing director of the Nordic Art Intelligence Foundation and a member of the artistic council of the Princess Estelle Cultural Foundation, Armaos is dedicated to promoting and advancing cultural initiatives.

  • A seminar on Architectural Criticism at the Politecnico di Milano

    Filippo Pagliani, partner and co-founder of Park Associati, has been invited by Pierre Alain Croset, Professor of Architecture and Urban Design at the Politecnico di Milano, to participate in the final seminar on Architectural Criticism called “7 Buildings, 5 Architects, 32 Essays”. The PhD candidates discuss their critical essay with the architects authors of the selected office buildings in Milan, including Open 336 and La Serenissima projects by Park Associati.
