In the Bergamo date of Edilportale Tour, on May 31st, arch. Alessandro Rossi gave a speech on the requalification of buildings, bringing some examples of Park Associati’s interventions in Milan. Attention to the urban territory and to the sustainability of recovery interventions also passes through the buildings’ ability to change several times in the course of their life, always adapting to the context in which they are located.

Through the focus on two projects in progress we will feature the processes, materials and tools applied in the competition’s and following design stages.

Tenoha Milano obtains the Honorable Mention to the architectural prizes The Plan Awards 2019 in the Retail category. The project enhances the interchangeability of the various functions: retail, bar, restaurant, co-working space, combining the Japanese taste and the Milanese design, thus creating a new concept for the city.
Catania looks at the sea: water, as a resource and identity factor is at the center of the project. Recreate the lost continuity with the historic center, return a place to live, play and relax, imagine a resilient future of the city, are the principles of our vision for Catania.

Park Associati presents Urban Cube, the new retrofitting project at Bicocca district in Milan.
A new design challenge at Bicocca District. Urban Cube, Park Associati's project for the retrofitting of a 1988 property to be transformed in an office and business center, will be presented tomorrow for the series of meetings "Identità Milano" at the Urban Center in Milan. Organized by Dodecaedro Urbano and UrbanFile, the architects with the intervention of property and developer.
From March 21st until April 5th Park Hub hosts the solo exhibition of Andrea Martiradonna, curated by Francesco de Agostini. The show presents 24 photographic images dedicated to glimpses, details, visions of some new iconic buildings in Milan, a city in full architectural transformation.
