"L’evoluzione sostenibile del progetto", arch. Elisa Taddei talks about Park Associati’s approach in the meeting "Riuso tra esperienze e nuove visioni".

Each architecture has its evolution. The project dealing with recovery and reuse, takes evolution into account, by reading the past, transforming the present and inventing the future. "The sustainable development of the project" is the title of the lecture by Elisa Taddei, Project Leader of Park associated, in Bergamo on November 29th for the series of meetings: "Riuso tra esperienze e nuove visioni" at Ordine degli architetti in Bergamo.

The series of meetings on new iconic architectures of Milan, curated by Urbanfile, continues on 10 October with the presentation of the retrofitting project “The Pecchi”, in Cassina dè Pecchi.

Connected living - How technology increases the comfort of buildings

The comfort of residential and offices interiors will increase in the future thanks to the new technologies applied to the architecture and design. Filippo Pagliani participates in the meeting on June 20th, curated by Nice in collaboration with the Plan Magazine, presenting the approach of Park Associati.

Every year Emilio Battisti invites Milanese architects to choose a project for a talk in his cycle of conferences. Filippo Pagliani and Michele Rossi have presented Engie Headquarters to an audience mainly composed of professors and architects who analyze, criticize and deepen the project. An open confrontation, lively and fruitful, from which the project came out the winner.

In the Bergamo date of Edilportale Tour, on May 31st, arch. Alessandro Rossi gave a speech on the requalification of buildings, bringing some examples of Park Associati’s interventions in Milan. Attention to the urban territory and to the sustainability of recovery interventions also passes through the buildings’ ability to change several times in the course of their life, always adapting to the context in which they are located.

March 20, Michele Rossi will give a lecture at the Italian Culture Institute in Ljubljana, on urban regeneration and retrofitting of modern buildings, featuring some recent examples of projects in Milan.
Great Design is there even when you can’t see it.

“The adaptive evolution” is the title of the lecture by Filippo Pagliani at the opening workshop of Klimahouse event in Bolzano, on January 23rd. 2019

Taking inspiration from the Darwinian evolution theories, the lecture opens a new look at adaptive changes in the morphology of architectural projects, in parallel with social and urban transformations.
Highlights will be the logic and method that led Park associates to identify a theory of the evolution of design and to create architectures capable of reflecting, in their identity, the ethics of sustainable construction.
