Pedrali Restaurant

The restaurant-showroom of the Pedrali Headquarters becomes an inspiring meeting place full of light

The renovation and extension of the space dedicated to the company restaurant of the Pedrali Headquarters, in the province of Bergamo, recreates a balanced space that is both the setting for Pedrali products and a comfortable environment for all the company's employees and their guests. The project originally focused on the extension of the showroom, a case study where Pedrali products are shown and experienced.
Thanks to the insertion of a large glass wall towards the outside, the natural light plays a starring role, turning the environment into a bright and airy place directly connected with the external space.

The panelling and the floor-to-ceiling furnishings made of reconstituted terracotta-coloured wood veneer make for a harmonious environment, both in terms of material and colour, and contribute to the project's circularity. The veneer is in fact made with reconstituted wood using innovative industrial processes and produced with glues formaldehyde-free glue.
The environment is made more cosy and welcoming by a system of part-filtering and part-covering curtains that also improves its acoustics.
The false ceiling houses both the fabric-covered soundproofing panels and the electrified tracks designed to accommodate decorative lights from the Pedrali lighting and architectural collection.
The various arrangements of Pedrali tables and chairs promote different situations of conviviality. Separated from the rest of the space by vertical slats in dynamically arranged panelling, a more reserved area guarantees the privacy during formal lunches.
Chosen together with the client, the furnishings, fabrics and colours combine to obtain optimal harmony between the architectural context and the production of Pedrali furnishings.
