Plus is Park’s innovation and applied research group, dedicated to turning research into practice by exploring how architecture can meaningfully respond to the social, spatial and environmental challenges of today and tomorrow.
Research
Organized around three research domains - People, Places, and Planet - Plus turns questions into focused projects, making each one a responsibility. For us, research is a space for exploration, expanding the definition of what architecture can do. Going beyond its built form, it becomes a catalyst for ideas where insight and innovation merge to shape the environments we create and the communities we serve. We design with empathy for people, respect for places, and stewardship of the planet.
Plus Units
Creative solutions move our ideas: we model, prototype, and standardize what works into tools, details, and metrics. Behind these are our departments - Design Technology, Skins, FAB, and Materials - combining design intelligence, innovative techniques, and material expertise. This interdisciplinary team supports architects and designers in defining questions, mapping constraints, and iterating through research and innovation, so knowledge stays documented, traceable, and shareable, strengthening both current and future projects.
