Missori Collection
A luminous tribute to the timeless elegance of Milanese modernism
Missori is a collection of decorative lamps that reinterprets the architectural language of Milanese modernism through a contemporary lens. Developed in collaboration with Stilnovo, the collection pays homage to the city’s identity, where light is not only a source of illumination but a key element in defining the atmosphere and character of space. Milan’s architecture is defined by a composed elegance, a balance of formal rigor and refined detail. From the geometric clarity of modernist buildings to the intimate ambiance of historic porter's lodges, this heritage inspired the design of Missori. The collection distills these references into a luminous aesthetic marked by rhythm and restraint. At its core are reeded glass diffusers, which animate the light with subtle texture and movement, and a modular metal structure that lends the lamp a strong architectural presence while adapting fluidly to both classical and contemporary interiors.
The modular design of Missori allows the lamps to adapt to projects of any scale, transforming them into spatial devices capable of engaging with diverse environments. The lighting unfolds in suspended compositions, standalone elements, and floor lamps, enabling light to trace new geometries within a space. The collection’s versatility makes it possible to create both vertical and horizontal configurations that integrate seamlessly with the surrounding architecture, generating luminous scenographies that enhance spatial perception. With its enveloping and refined glow, Missori fits effortlessly into residential, hospitality, and public settings, becoming a bridge between past and present, memory and innovation.
