Mella

Mella is the new single and modular seating system designed by Park Associati for Innova. This collection is presented at the Salone del Mobile 2023 as the first element of the practice's collaboration with the made-in-Italy upholstery brand.

Drawing inspiration from the shapes of sweets and sugared almonds, the elements of the Mella collection are characterised by their minimal size and soft lines. Mella is included in the 'not ordinary' section of the Innova catalogue, among innovative furnishings with unusual uses dedicated to fluid and contemporary spaces.

The armchair and small sofa are the first items of the Mella family. Both pieces can be fitted with a small table integrated into the structure. The compact size of their individual elements makes the products suitable for even the smallest environments.

The upholstery’s sinuous curves emphasise the softness, for maximum comfort with minimal space requirement. The metal legs are available in different finishes and are placed externally to the seat, thus making it solid and safe. The backrest and the seat are available in tone-on-tone palettes or contrasting colours; all the armchairs' parts can therefore be customised according to one's liking.

Taking inspiration from the world of hospitality, the collection can be adapted to the most diverse contemporary contexts.
