HR Business Partner

Your role 

 Park Associati is one of the most relevant architectural firms in Italy. It’s located in Milan. With approximately 100 collaborators. 

 As HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will work with teams, people leaders and key stakeholders to help building the company organisation and the people competencies. Shaping an effective people strategy and the processes and initiatives that implement it.  

 You will need to have an excellent capability to quickly understand the organisation and its strategy, how the strategy is implemented through the core business processes. 

Then to understand how organization and business challenges could generate people challenges, career & development opportunities and people risks. 

 

What you will do 

 Reporting to the Executive Director, your main tasks will be: 

  • Define and propose to Park top management the people strategy that will outline the labor relationship of the company with all its collaborators for the next three-four years; 

  • Coherently revise (or redesign where needed) the main people management processes such as: Talent Acquisition, Performance Review, Learning and Talent Development, Career Path, Internal Communication; 

  • Develop a strong collaboration with each manager/ team leader, to jointly operate the people activities and initiatives. And periodically revise their effectiveness against the evolving business targets and needs; 

  • Become an reference point for the collaborators planning and executing a continuous listening plan, the purposes of which are: (i) to identify the main people risks and opportunities for improvement, (ii) to design specific positive solutions at both the levels individual and people management system. 

Of course, you will also supervise the HR administrative tasks, generally outsourced to an external provider (payroll and labor matters).  

 

Your Skills  

  • Experience in designing, implementing and reviewing for improvement: people processes, HR projects and ad hoc people solutions; 

  • Strategic thinking and innovation agent; 

  • Listening and empathy regarding people; 

  • Relationship building and influencing; 

  • Curiosity about organizational phenomena and HR professional trends; 

  • Cross functional strong collaboration attitude; 

  • Ability in using data, metrics and other fact evidences to inform and drive decision making processes. 

 

Required Experience 

 At least 6/8 years of experience within complex and innovative organization, preferably for companies working by projects.
