Your role
Park is seeking a motivated Junior Interior Designer / FF&E Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will take part in projects from concept through to completion, helping to ensure that the work is innovative, functional, and aligned with our clients' visions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of high-profile projects, including corporate, hospitality, retail, and residential designs.
Key responsibilities
Contribute to the interior design process across a variety of projects, helping to ensure that the final outcome reflects the high standards of Park.
Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop design concepts that integrate seamlessly with architectural elements.
Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends, materials, and technologies, applying this knowledge to the creation of forward-thinking interior spaces.
Develop comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards and material samples for client approval.
Contribute to the selection and specification of FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) and architectural finishes, ensuring compatibility with design goals and budget constraints.
Support the management of project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
Your skills
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of interior design projects, with an emphasis on innovation and high-quality execution.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent design and spatial planning skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Good communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is highly appreciated.
Required Experience
Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional interior design experience, with a proven track record of contributing to projects from concept to completion.
