Key responsibilities

Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm’s standard digital processes within the assigned projects. 

Collaborate closely with the BIM Manager and Project Leaders to identify the necessary human and instrumental resources for project delivery. 

Define, together with the BIM Manager, the BEP (BIM Execution Plan) in response to the client’s EIR (Exchange Information Requirements). 

Ensure the optimal planning and scheduling of model deliveries to the client, and lead weekly BIM coordination meetings among different project consultants.

Coordinate and verify the completeness, compliance, and consistency of BIM models, identifying and resolving any conflicts or inconsistencies (both geometrical and alphanumerical) in line with contractual commitments and the BIM Execution Plan. 

Support all team members in tasks requiring expertise in managing digitalized processes. 

Engage in design activities of significant complexity from a digital perspective. 

Join our Design Technology department in developing innovative digital tools to improve the firm's design processes. 

Your skills

Deep understanding of BIM processes, tools and standards, particularly UNI 11337. 

Proficiency in identifying and resolving interdisciplinary clashes in BIM models. 

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

A proactive attitude toward experimentation and the introduction of innovative methods and tools.

Proven experience with Autodesk Revit, including the creation and management of complex parametric families in *.rfa format. 

Proven experience in working with the IFC format and ACDat-based workflows.

Experience in 3D architectural modelling using Rhinoceros. 

Experience in advanced 3D modeling and automation of digital processes using computational design tools such as Grasshopper (Rhino.Inside.Revit) and Dynamo. 

Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). 

Preferred experience in the application of the BIM method to Interior Design projects.

Knowledge of programming languages (Python, C#) and AI tools is considered a plus.

Required Experience

Degree in Architecture or Engineering.

At least three years of proven experience in BIM coordination within architectural or engineering firms.
