Currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at AIRC Foundation. He has developed a significant experience in the field of People, Organization and Innovation in different banking companies. Among the last stages of his professional career, he led the HR Department of the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Intesa Sanpaolo and, within the same company, the Group Learning Department and the Innovation Development at the Group Innovation Center.
